Security and data
Your price sheets, quotes, orders and documents are stored in Canada and never used to train AI models. Nothing reaches a customer until a person on your team approves it, and every draft, approval and document sent is logged.
Where data lives
Data is stored in Supabase's Canada (Central) region. Email text is processed by our AI provider under terms that exclude training on your data, and is not kept by them for training.
Who can see what
The account owner invites teammates and sets each one's permissions: approve quotes, edit settings and price sheets, manage connections, see billing. Access is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
What the AI can and can't do
The AI reads emails and picks which catalog item matches a request. Prices, totals and lead times are calculated in code from your price sheet. Instructions hidden in an email are treated as data, never followed.
Order privacy
Order status is only shared with the customer the order belongs to, matched on their email address or company domain.
Your mailbox
Merlin uses Google's standard sign-in to read and send from the mailbox you connect. Disconnect it any time and stored access is deleted. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
Law 25
We follow Québec's Law 25 principles: collect only what the service needs, keep it only as long as needed, and name a person responsible for privacy: Tyler Pernitsch, hello@merlin.work.
See what your RFQ backlog is costing you.
In 20 minutes, we look at your quote volume, response times and price sheet, and tell you plainly whether Merlin is a fit. No slides.
Example first year on Starter: $5,000 setup + $3,500 pilot + 11 months at $2,000 = $30,500, taxes extra. See the full cost breakdown
