The service

Merlin provides AI agents that handle communication and scheduling tasks for your business. Every outbound action waits for your approval unless you turn on autonomous mode for a task. You remain responsible for what is sent on your behalf.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, taxes extra, charged at signup and on the same day each month after. Extra agents are billed at the published add-on rate. You can cancel any time from your billing page; your agents keep working until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months. 14-day guarantee: if Merlin is not handling real work for you within 14 days of signup, email hello@merlin.work and we refund your first month in full.

Your data

Your data is stored in Canada, used only to run your agents, and never used to train AI models. You can export or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Merlin to send spam, deceive people, or break the law. We may pause agents that do.

Changes

We will email you before any price change takes effect.
