Tyler Pernitsch ("Merlin") collects the information needed to run your agents: your account details, your business settings, the emails, calls, messages and calendar entries your agents handle, and the connections you authorise.

Where it lives

In Canada, on infrastructure we control. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

Only to operate your agents, support you and bill you. We never sell it or use it to train AI models.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google or Microsoft, we use the permissions you grant solely to read and act on the mailbox or calendar you chose. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard and we delete the stored access.
