The pilot is $3,500 for 30 days on the Quote Desk. Before we start, we agree in writing on one success metric, such as a median quote response time under one hour. We connect your mailbox and price sheet, run shadow mode, then go live with your team approving every quote.
Our guarantee: if we miss the metric, you owe no monthly fee. You keep the results and decide whether to continue.

FAQ
Which ERPs do you work with?
Merlin works from your price sheet and order data. Any ERP that can export to Excel or CSV works, including Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica and JobBOSS. If your ERP can publish a scheduled export to a link, Merlin refreshes from it every 6 hours. Direct ERP connections are custom work through JCube Tech AI.
What happens after the pilot?
If the metric is met, you move to Starter or Growth, month to month. If it isn't, you owe no monthly fee and you're free to stop.
Can we cancel?
Yes. After the pilot, plans are month to month. Cancel any month.
Is there funding for this?
Your project may be eligible for Québec AI-adoption programs such as DEC's IRIA or Investissement Québec's ESSOR. We'll help you check and prepare what they ask for. We can't promise funding, and you should apply before committing costs.
